Internship Terms

By enrolling in the internship program provided by CipherByte Technologies, henceforth referred to as the "Company," and remitting the designated fees, the participant (hereinafter called the "Intern") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Interns are required to pay the specified internship fees as communicated by the Company. These fees encompass the costs associated with program administration, training materials, and other relevant expenses. The Intern acknowledges the obligation to make payment in full and within the currency stipulated by the Company.

Failure to meet the specified payment deadline may result in the cancellation of the Intern's enrollment. The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once the internship program has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

The Company reserves the right to retain a non-refundable administration fee to cover processing costs. Interns must pay a minimum amount of rupees hundred as a prerequisite for participating in the program. This amount is essential for administrative purposes and ensures the issuance of the internship completion certificate.

The Company reserves the right to issue the internship completion certificate only upon receipt of the minimum payment of rupees hundred. Interns who fail to make this minimum payment will not receive their certificate of completion. Interns are required to make payments through the designated payment methods provided by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify aspects of the internship program, including schedules, curriculum, and trainers, without prior notice. In the event of substantial changes, the Company will make reasonable efforts to inform Interns in advance. The Internship duration is as communicated by the Company. Requests for extensions or alterations to the agreed-upon duration must be submitted in writing and are subject to the Company's approval.

Interns are expected to adhere to the Company's code of conduct and professional standards throughout the internship period. Non-compliance may result in termination from the program without a refund.

The Company reserves the right to terminate an Intern's participation in the internship program for reasons including but not limited to policy violations, inadequate performance, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Interns are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive materials disclosed by the Company during the internship. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

The Intern agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Intern's participation in the internship program. The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Interns in a timely manner.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Intern and the Company, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By proceeding with the payment of the internship fees, the Intern acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
